Chicken & Veggies in Barbecue Sauce

This recipe is very, very easy  to make, nutritious, and delicious. My sons love this.

Ingredients:
1/4 kilo chicken breasts cut into strips
1 big head broccoli, cut in small florets
1 big carrot, julienne
1 medium red bell pepper, julienne
1 medium green bell pepper, julienne
1 small pouch barbecue marinade (preferably Mama Sita's) 
1 tbsp oil
salt, pepper, sugar to taste (OPTIONAL)

Procedure:
Put the chicken strips in barbecue marinade for 10 minutes and simmer until the sauce is reduced. Stir fry veggies in oil and add the chicken. Add salt, sugar, and paper to taste (optional). Stir until the veggies are half cooked and coated with sauce.

Serve while hot. Best served as a rice topping.
