This is Kuya's most requested baon for June. This is very yummy and easy to prepare! You can eat it without any viand!

What made this recipe more special was on one Saturday, my hubby taught him how to cook it!

Kuya was so excited to cook his favorite fried rice! A perfect father and son bonding on a Saturday morning...

 Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 small head garlic, minced
  • 250 grams Purefoods Chinese Style Luncheon Meat, diced
  • 2 eggs, fried and minced
  • 5-6 cups boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Maggi Magi Sarap seasoning powder or salt to taste

Procedure
  1.  Put 1/2 cup water on boiled rice and mix until rice is loosened. Set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and season with little salt or seasoning powder.
  3. Heat oil in a big pan. Fry beaten eggs. Remove from pan and mince. Set aside.
  4. Fry diced luncheon meat until golden brown.
  5.   Add garlic when luncheon meat is golden brown. Fry for a minute. Make sure not to burn garlic to avoid making it bitter.
  6.  Add minced fried egg. Cook for a minute then add boiled rice. Sprinkle with seasoning powder or salt to taste. Fry while stirring constantly until rice is almost dry.
  7. Plate. Serve while it's hot!
Simply delicious! Kain na!
