If you are a loyal customer of the SMDC Mall near you and its tenants (including the services and restaurants along the SMDC Mall premises), this LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM PROMO is for you! It is SMDC Malls' way of giving back to you and its tenants. Here are the MECHANICS. Make sure that you follow the intructions to make your entries valid.
1. Campaign Title: SMDC Holiday Treats

Be one of the lucky winners who will receive SM Gift Certificates when you shop at participating SMDC malls nationwide!
2. Promo Period is from November 2, 2020 (12 AM) to December 16, 2020 (11:59 PM).
The purchases or official receipts must be dated within the specified promo duration only to qualify to the raffle promo. Deadline of submission of raffle entries will be on or before the end of the promo period on December 16, 2020 at 11:59 PM.
3. The raffle draw dates are as follows:
- First Raffle Draw: November 13, 2020, Friday, at 4:00 PM
- Second Raffle Draw: November 27, 2020, Friday, at 4:00 PM
- Grand Raffle Draw: December 18, 2020, Friday, at 4:00 PM

4. The following are the participating SMDC Branches.
The raffle promo is applicable to all purchases made within the promo period from any of the tenants of the following SMDC branches:
a. MPlace Mall
b. Sun Mall

f. Breeze Mall
g. Green Mall
h. The Strip at Mezza
i. The Strip at Grass
j. The Strip at Trees

5. Purchase requirement:
a. For every Php300 worth of single receipt from any tenants of the participating SMDC branches within the promo period, the customer is entitled to one (1) e-raffle entry. A person can submit multiple receipts BUT each receipt should be at least PHP300.
Example: Receipt 1= Php299= INVALID; receipt 2= Php900= 3 entries; combined submission: Receipt 1= Php500= 1 entry; Receipt 2= Php3000= 10 entries (Total Entries: 11)
b. Customers can submit multiple entries, provided that the promo mechanics are followed. All valid e-raffle are eligible to win in the three (3) draw dates, but each customer can only win once per draw date.
6. Promo is not valid in conjunction with any other on-going raffle promo of SMDC tenants.
Customers may use his/her official receipt for other tenant promos.
7. The promo mechanics will be announced in the official SMDC social media pages and Viber community group.
8. To join the raffle promo, customers must do the following:
STEP 1: Visit the microsite: eraffle.smsupermalls.com/app
STEP 2: Enter your mobile number
STEP 3: Register with your complete details:
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Age
d. Address
e. Email Address
STEP 4: Enter the official receipt details:
a. Purchase Date
b. Official Receipt Number
c. Name of Merchant
d. Total Amount of Purchase on the Official Receipt
e. Upload a photo of the Official Receipt
STEP 5: Once submitted, customer will be directed to the “Thank You” page displaying the following details:
a. Earned Raffle Entries for this transaction.
b. Overall Entry for the Promo
9. Raffle Prizes:
a. A total of sixty (60) raffle winners will win a total of Php100,000 worth of SM Gift Certificates.
b. This will be divided as follows:
- Fifty (50) winners of Php1,000 worth of SM Gift Certificates
- Ten (10) winners of Php5,000 worth of SM Gift Certificates
10. Determination of Winners:
a. Raffle entries must be valid with the following considerations:
These will be divided as follows:
- The uploaded image of the official receipt is clear and readable that includes the necessary details such as the Store/Merchant Name, SMDC Branch/Address, Date of Purchase, Items Purchased and Total Amount of Purchase.
- Entries will be automatically declared invalid if the uploaded image of the official receipt is unclear, unreadable, and has an incomplete image wherein some parts of the OR are cut or not included in the uploaded OR image.
- Verification of official receipts will be done to ensure that the official receipt submitted is valid.
b. All qualified raffle entries will be included in the electronic raffle draws with the presence of a DTI Representative.
c. Each customer can only win once per raffle draw date.
d. The non-winning raffle entries from the previous raffle draw schedule will still be included in the next raffle draw/s.
e. Raffle winners per raffle draw date will be as follows:
November 13, 2020- 25 winners of Php1,000 worth of SM Gift Certificates
November 27, 2020- 25 winners of Php1,000 worth of SM Gift Certificates
December 18, 2020- 10 winners of Php5,000 worth of SM Gift Certificates
Coverage (Date of Entries to be drawn) and Draw Date:
November 2-11, 2020= November 13, 2020
November 2-25, 2020= November 27, 2020
November 2-December 16, 2020= December 18, 2020
Announcement of Winners:
a. A total of sixty (60) raffle winners will win a total of Php100,000 worth of SM Gift Certificates.
b. The announcement schedule will be as follows:
- Winners of the first raffle draw will be announced on November 20, 2020.
- Winners of the second raffle draw will be announced on December 4, 2020.
- Winners of the grand raffle draw will be announced on December 22, 2020.
c. The raffle winners will be notified via phone call, SMS, and electronic mail.
Claiming of prizes:
a. The raffle winners may claim the prizes from any of the nearest SMDC Malls (MPlace, Sun, Light, Jazz, Grace, Green, and Breeze) within sixty (60) calendar days after the announcement and notification of winners.
b. The raffle winners will be asked to provide the following upon claiming of prizes:
- Photocopy of two (2) valid government-issued IDs.
- Present the original valid IDs for verification.
- Present the original copy of the official receipt for verification.
c. Should the raffle winner be unavailable to claim the prizes, s/he may assign the claiming of prizes to an official representative. The authorized representative of the raffle winners will be asked to provide the following upon claiming of prizes:
- Original copy of the signed authorization letter from the raffle winner
- Photocopy of one (1) valid government-issued ID of the raffle winner
- Photocopy of one (1) valid government-issued ID of the authorized representative
- The authorized representative shall present the original valid ID for verification
All prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
SMDC shall be free from any responsibility or liability in case of injury, accident or death during the promo period or by claiming the prizes.
Employees of Shopping Center Management Corporation, its affiliates, mall tenants of the participating SMDC Malls, agencies, service providers, respective officers, and their relatives up to a second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to participate in this raffle promo. Persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor, advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.
