It so happened that I was experiencing very dry skin and hair at that time. Maybe it was due to cold weather or aging. I am not getting any younger. Maybe I lacked vitamins and minerals that would target the hair, nails, and skin. Vitabears Chewable Flawless Glow Vitamins contain Vegan Collagen Booster Blend, Glutathione, Glycine, and Biotin so I said to myself, why not give them a shot? After all, I am hearing so many raves about Vitabears.

I started taking Vitabears Chewable Flawless Glow Vitamins on the eleventh of February 2022, two (2) gummies on an empty stomach in the morning. Believe it or not, I saw an improvement in the integrity of my hair and skin on Day 3 although the literature said that there would be "slight noticeable changes in just 2 weeks. Some see clear changes in 3 months." My skin started to become smoother and softer. My hair began to feel a little bit oily unlike before that it was so dry that could cause tangling often. I have no problem with my nails so I couldn't justify that some changes happened. Another observation was my appetite increased that's why I stopped taking them after three days. I modified my diet first to see whether those vitamins were the ones causing it or the sugar on my food. By the way, sugar can trigger hunger and craving. I checked the "supplement facts" and it was stated there that the total sugar content was just 4 grams (1%) only and the source was stevia so no worries. After going back to a low carbohydrate diet for a week that's the time that I continued taking Vitabears Chewable Flawless Glow Vitamins again. My craving for sweets and huge appetite diminished a bit so I guess Vitabears had nothing to do with them.
