Emergencies and calamities are very uncertain. We don't know when or how they will happen.
Here at home, we talk about them and conduct emergency drills but we don't know how each family member reacts when the real crisis comes. We may fail to act accordingly . To ensure our safety, we have a small notebook where different important phone numbers of whom to contact are listed down aside from numbers and addresses of our family members, friends, and loved ones. It is placed near our phone for easy access to all our family members including our eight year old son.
- Family doctor and Pediatrician
- Police station
- Fire station
- Poison control center
- Ambulance service or paramedics
- Local taxi service
- Nearest relative or friend
- Nearest hospital emergency room including instructions on the fastest route to go there
- Barangay hall
- List of names of family members including their allergies if there's any
