Mommy Kat A. Santiago of Petite Momma's World and I started to become online friends in 2013. We only had the chance to see each other for the first time during the Homeschool Conference a year after. I also found out that she's the sister of my friend and former colleague in Xavier School. Ang saya, 'di ba?

Despite not being able to see each other often due to our duties, Kat and I still keep in touch.

On February this year, Kat asked my shipping address and informed me that she would send something over. I immediately gave my shipping details and didn't even bother to ask what she would send me. Alam ninyo naman ako, basta galing sa friend, hindi na nagtatanong. LOL!

Then while checking my Facebook news feeds, I learned that she just announced her new babies, bag and cookie businesses. I was so happy and excited for her that I sent her a quick congratulatory message. She responded immediately and informed me that the courier already picked up the cookies.

After two days, a big bag full of Cookie Muncher Joe Chocolate Chip Cookies arrived on our doorstep. I was able to get the parcel at night time, perfect for midnight snacking because I was planning to work late.

I asked Kat, "Why Cookie Muncher Joe?" She said that the brand was named after her husband, Joseph, the genius who formulated the recipe and baked the cookies.

I thought of pairing a piece with hot black coffee to balance its sweetness. I never went wrong. Cookie Muncher Joe Chocolate Chip Cookie was so perfect with coffee! Malilimutan mo ang pangalan mo sa sarap! Dahil sa sobrang sarap, I was able to eat three cookies in one sitting. Kunwari pa raw na isa lang ang kaya kong ubusin.

I loved Cookie Muncher Joe Chocolate Chip Cookie at first bite due to the following reasons (Note: My friendship with Kat didn't influence my honest opinion.):

- The texture was crunchy outside and chewy inside. This was my kind of cookie.
- There was a right amount of chocolate chips, not too little or too much.

- The sweetness and size were just right. Hindi nakauumay. Hindi malaki at hindi rin maliit.
- The labelled red foil packaging was so enticing, nice, and neat.

- It was reasonably priced. From the original price of Php30.00, we could buy it for only Php25.00 each when we buy 4 pieces and up in bazaars and soon, online.

Hubby wasn't a sweet tooth but he liked it so much. May kasama pang kilig! No kidding! He also requested me to tell Kat to make a bigger and thicker version.

Bunso was a picky eater especially with cookies. I placed two pieces in his lunch box. Upon fetching him up, he searched my bag looking for more!

When I asked Kuya about his impression, he said that the cookie was creamy, soft, delicious, and chocolatey!

I encourage you to try Cookie Muncher Joe Chocolate Cookie and taste its goodness yourself! This is the kind of cookie that you can keep on coming back for more!
