Whenever I purchase make-up, I look for good quality and versatility but doesn't cost too much! I never went wrong when I bought E.L.F. SHIMMERING FACIAL WHIP- Persimmon from a very reliable online seller here in the Philippines, Sweet and Sparkle.

The tube is just 2" x 1" but it goes a long, long way! I just place a smear on my fingertip, blend well and place on my eyelids, cheeks, and lips. I can use it as is after applying moisturizer, liquid foundation or pressed powder. There's an instant pinkish glow on my face and I look fresh and shimmering!

It is highly pigmented. The color doesn't wear out easily even if I  don't  retouch the whole day. This shade is good for women with fair skin  The pinkish shade is just right and not too striking!

I also use this as a primer for my eyes. The powder eye shadow that I apply surely lasts for a long time!

All I can say is, E.L.F. Shimmering Facial Whip- Persimmon is worth my money! It's very affordable, versatile, and handy! I love it! No wonder it is 2008 Allure Best of Beauty
Editors’ Choice Winner in Toasted!

After applying moisturizer, concealer, pressed powder, and brow liner, I used E.L.F. Shimmering Facial Whip- Persimmon to color my eyes, cheeks, and lips. I highlighted my upper and lower lash lines with metallic purple eye shadow.
