Like everyone else, living in our own home is our family's dream. Who wouldn't love having our own abode together in a location where the things that we want for a home and environment are found? Investing in a home is a serious business because our hard-earned money and all the aspects that can benefit us are at stake.

If you are going to ask me, I prefer to invest in a condominium due to its "lock and go" feature. Despite paying for monthly association dues, what I like best about living in it is having the capability to enjoy its COMPLETE amenities that are close to what we see in hotels. The idea that it's SAFE which follows high-security standards executed by well-trained security guards 24/7 creates an environment that promotes peace of mind. There is no need to worry that burglars, criminals, or other persons with bad intentions intrude the place. Furthermore, safety would mean that the environment is clean to avoid acquiring disease-causing bacteria, peaceful with no crime incidents that make the place suitable to walk at even during night time, and not fire or flood-prone to avoid losing and damaging properties. Added to these, the building structure should also be developed by a trusted developer, thus having a guarantee that it shall not be destroyed easily when an earthquake or any disaster comes.

Our family commutes. Living in a home ACCESSIBLE to public transportation like cabs, jeepneys, trains, etc. establishes convenience, making us go anywhere and anytime we want. Presence of restaurants, schools, hospitals, church, payment centers, supermarket, banks, malls, police station, government offices, and other important institutions within the periphery is a plus point for us but should not keep us from being CLOSE TO NATURE.

I believe that there are condominiums out there that are still AFFORDABLE despite offering the above-mentioned specifications. Just recently, I've learned the vision of Greenfield Development Corporation that suits our family's needs when it comes to condo-living.

Greenfield District, the master-planned 15-hectare township of Greenfield Development Corporation in the prime location of Mandaluyong City, has developed a smart, integrated and future-ready urban community that continues to unfold. Zitan, the pioneering transit-oriented high-rise residential condominium near the EDSA MRT hub, is now available for occupancy. Zitan's promise is a convenient, active, walkable and nature-centric lifestyle within Greenfield District. It's composed of wider, well-lit, safer tree-lined walkways that are above industry standard in design.

The Greenfield Tower is another highly anticipated addition to the District masterplan, a 30-story high-rise building along Mayflower Street that will serve as the new Greenfield corporate headquarters. It will also welcome other companies and locators with its state-of-the-art design specifically suited to the demands of BPO firms and more corporate headquarters. Greenfield Tower boasts of amenities such as function rooms and an exclusive restaurant on the 30th floor, and most especially Greenfield District’s trademark fiber-to-the-unit technology that will provide unparalleled Internet connectivity for businesses.

Greenfield is also inaugurating the new Williams Street, a vital connection to the main EDSA as part of enhancing accessibility to Greenfield District. It contributes to the development and improvement of public road infrastructure that has always been part of Greenfield’s character as a corporate citizen.

Moreover, Williams Street has been enhanced in line with the overall master plan of Greenfield District, transforming it into a secure, convenient and comfortable passageway for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic. It is composed of underground utilities and cabling, resulting in unobstructed roads and sidewalks. It has also been developed with enhanced landscaping in line with Greenfield District’s priority toward greenery, pocket parks, and open spaces, making individuals closer to nature despite in the middle of a corporate district.

Greenfield is further taking advantage of heightened interest in its projects by announcing the launch of exciting new residential concepts in its other master-planned township, Greenfield City. The developer is launching a midrise enclave dubbed Zadia, as well as the City’s first luxurious high-end subdivision called Trava under a newly formed brand Greenfield Deluxe

Greenfield Development Corporation is definitely committed to building future-proof communities that will stand the test of time.

  1. Yes, two of the best things about living in a condo are the idea that your family is safe, and amenities. Wow, a new development in the heart of the city that is future-ready as a community like Greenfield District is really promising.

Greenfield district is definitely a safe and friendly environment for families. :)

  2. I like greenfield district. I like the idea that you are in the middle of ecerything. The place is so accessible given the mrt station and within minutes, you are at the business districts of Makati, Ortigae Center, and Quezon city. I also like the idea of a walkable city and almost anything is within easy reach from fashion to food, even specialty stores, unique finds, and services.
