Review: PSAHelpline.ph

I organized each of our family member's important documents just recently. I found out that the three of us have no birth certificates on hand. It was quite tasking and inconvenient for me to go to the Philippine Statistics Office due to the pandemic that's why I decided to try availing the services of PSA Birth Certificate Online Application and Delivery a. k. a. PSAHelpline.ph. I heard from a friend that she was able to get her parents' birth certificates through its help and she was impressed with its services.

Would you believe that I was able to have three transactions with PSAHelpline.ph for less than 30 minutes? I have all the necessary details with me when I did which made it faster, I guess, but I would like to commend PSAHelpline.ph for having such a user-friendly website, no lagging, super fast! Even with a little assistance, a non-techie person can apply quickly.

*To summarize every transaction, here are the Three Easy Steps:
1. Request for a certificate online
2. Pay online or over-the-counter
3. Wait for the delivery

Aside from having an easy to navigate website, these are the things that I like about PSAHelpline.ph:

- You can request online for a PSA birth, marriage, death certificate, or CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage Record) and enjoy door-to-door delivery anywhere in the Philippines. It only takes three (3) to four (4) working days within Metro Manila and three (3) to eight (8) working days outside Metro Manila to have your PSA certificate to get delivered. It costs Php365 for Birth, Marriage, or Death Certificates. For CENOMAR, it costs Php420. The rates are inclusive of the service fee and nationwide courier fees.

- You can choose from different payment channels available: Online payment options- credit card, Gcash, and Paymaya; Over the counter payments: 7-Eleven, Bayad, and Palawan Pawnshop; and Other options: Bancnet and Dragonpay

- You can apply for your very own PSA certificate or PSA certificate of someone else (mother, father, and children).

- The instructions are so easy to follow, nine (9) to be exact.

- There are means where you can check your input details before submission of the application.

- You don't need to attach any ID photo to proceed with the application. The declared ID upon application shall only be used when you personally receive your PSA certificate from the courier.

- The courier will not release your PSA certificate to anyone else except you even if you leave an authorization letter. This is an added security feature.

- When you commit an error in your entry, there is a prompt that reminds you to change or correct it.

- When you have already ordered previously, your personal details are already recorded so you don't need to type them again for your next order. It saves time.

-  An email will be sent to you once you had your order. If you haven't paid yet, an email will be sent to you with the link where you can pay.

- You will get updates via email to track your order.

- There are customer support channels to assist you every step of the way.

- You can check the status of your order, know the answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Delivery Reminders, and Payment Options on its website.

I really felt that my time, convenience, and safety are important to PSAHelpline.ph. I really had a superb transaction experience. I recommend PSAHelpline.ph.
